When you place an order on Tulsi Tales you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee availability — in the rare event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

We ship within India and internationally. Shipping timelines and costs are displayed at checkout and vary by location.

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee them. Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your country. These are not included in our pricing.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we are only able to accept returns in the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is significantly different from its description on our website.

To initiate a return , contact us at tulsitales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue.

We do not accept returns on opened products, products returned without prior authorisation, or products returned outside the 7-day window.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving and verifying the return.
