This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and everything in between. Please read it before placing your order.

1. Where We Ship

We ship within India and internationally. If your country is not available as a shipping destination at checkout, please contact us at tulsitales@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2 to 3 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

If there is any issue with your order — a product being out of stock, for example — we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to discuss your options.

3. Shipping Within India

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Where available, express shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a minimum order value — this will be displayed on the website and at checkout.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, public holidays, or courier capacity.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • South Asia and Southeast Asia: 7 to 14 business days
  • Middle East and Africa: 10 to 18 business days
  • Europe: 10 to 20 business days
  • North America and Australia: 14 to 21 business days

These are estimates only. International shipments can be subject to delays at customs which are outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control.

All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict what these charges will be as they vary by country, product type, and order value.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable charges.

We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are not able to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at tulsitales@gmail.com.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Most couriers will attempt delivery more than once if you are not available at the time of delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tulsitales@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated window before raising a concern, particularly for international orders, as minor delays are common.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of both the packaging and the product and contact us at tulsitales@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

10. Shipping of Ayurvedic Products Internationally

Some Ayurvedic products — particularly certain herbs, oils, and formulations — may be subject to import restrictions in some countries. It is your responsibility to check whether the products you are ordering are permitted for import into your country before placing an order.

Tulsi Tales is not liable for any shipments held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to import restrictions in the destination country. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
